Stay healthy. Keep moving. #beatyourquarantine

The world is now full of restrictions – and for good reason. After all, we want to stay healthy and strong. But no restriction tells us what we can do at home.

So stay on the move! 19.3.-2.4. all courses and classes on our premises have been canceled in accordance with the government’s recommendations, but we keep our doors open (for now) and move our classes online. Starting on March 19th we’ll upload streams and videos to help you keep your spirits up.


What you should know about the following weeks

No changes in opening hours

We keep the doors open during normal opening hours for now. This, of course, includes members who can still enter also outside opening hours. We follow the situation and update the hours accordingly.

On YouTube

The Wasa Up YouTube account will be kicked off with bang. You’ll find OCR, climbing, and classic Pilates training videos on our account to help you train well at home or indoors.

Live streaming classes for free

You can take part in pilates classes through Zoom. No pilates equipment needed. After all, it’ll be home workout. Book a place from the Wasa Up booking calendar.

Private classes in studio and online

The restrictions apply mainly to group activities, so you can book classic pilates private session normally from the Wasa Up booking calendar. The lesson can also be kept remotely on Zoom.

Come and train with us online! And if you’re interested in classical pilates live streams, download Zoom in advance and test it before the class begins. This will get you started as soon as the class begins. Also, be sure to book a lesson in the Wasa Up booking calendar – there are limited number of places available!
