Yoga for Climbers

This class is designed for the needs of climbers especially. Contents vary by the instructors or special requests. During the class we focus for example core work and those extreme movements of the body that will give you control and span while climbing. Body awareness and flexibility are key elements. We dissolve those tensions from the body, sometimes by powerful moves too. Breathing techniques will come in handy on the wall as well, cruxes are getting easier if you have better focus and you will find calmness and power to your moves.
