Grip and Finger Strength Workshop

This workshop aims to inspire and give you new ideas on how you can incorporate grip and finger strength training into your workouts. You will also get to do a finger and upper body strength test to assess personal strengths/weaknesses. Workshop will be held by Camp4 performance coach Robin Grindgärds.
