OCR Clinic 2 is especially suitable for you who want to train with high intensity while having fun. You already master the basic techniques of obstacle course racing, such as Monkey bars, Rings and King/Queen of the mill. We’ll advance our own OCR-specific experience, and challenge ourselves even more with the most demanding obstacle techniques. The exercises consist of Wasa Up’s three obstacle categories Cardio, Grip and Power, performed with high heart rate, sport-specific strength, and obstacle technique in mind.
